This means there are no trans fats or cholesterol in the bars. The protein is packed into the bars and not in the ingredients. You will want to be aware of this when making the recipe. The Protein Bar comes with a variety of flavor enhancers. The flavorings are not added in the recipe, but you should make the recipe a day in advance and let the bars set up before serving.
